Mission, Vision and Values AMHC is a private, non-profit behavioral health care organization with operations in Aroostook, Hancock, and Washington Counties Maine. Incorporated in 1964, AMHC is a community health organization offering a wide variety of crisis, outpatient, rehabilitation, residential, peer support and educational services to meet the community’s mental health, substance use, and brain injury treatment and recovery needs.
