AMHC has an immediate opening for a Part-Time (24 hrs/week) Administrative Support Specialist at the Ellsworth Outpatient Office.
The primary responsibility of the Administrative Support Specialist-Outpatient staff is to provide the support needed by all clinical staff, as well as to maintain other administrative support services in that office. Administrative Support Specialist-Outpatient staff are expected to provide excellent service to all their customers, including final customers and their families, internal customers, and referral sources.
Qualifications: High school diploma. Basic courses in business/secretarial areas. Typing minimum 45wpm. Good to excellent working knowledge of general office procedures to maintain efficient support services. Appropriate attitude to work effectively with all staff and the public. Accept the importance of confidentiality requirements. Ability to use good common sense. Secretarial experience preferred but not required.
