NAMI Maine’s Teen Text Support Line is a free, confidential resource for youth ages 13 to 23. It is staffed by trained support specialists ages 18 to 24. Text Us at 207-515-8398. The hours are Mon-Fri: 2 pm-10 pm & Sat-Sun: 12 pm-10 pm EST. Please note: The Teen Text Support Line is not a crisis line.
